Module 3: What can I do proactively?
Ideally, you want to do things proactively to build emotional wellbeing and prevent problems arising. One of the key elements to this proactive approach is your own behaviour as a manager. Your behaviour has a direct influence on how your team members feel, e.g. your team can feel valued or taken for granted, clear about what is expected of them or confused about what they are supposed to do.
This module aims to:
- Explore the impact your behaviour can have on the emotional wellbeing of your team
- Examine the behaviours that make the difference - those to avoid and those to adopt to improve team members' emotional wellbeing
